PWHL Draft Details Announced
2024 Draft Open to Fans, Broadcast Coverage Set

The Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) today announced details for the 2024 PWHL Draft. The draft will be held at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 28, 2024, and will be open to fans. The Hockey News has released a list of the top 60 prospects for the draft. Broadcast coverage of the draft will begin at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The draft will also be streamed live on ESPN+. The 2024 PWHL Draft will be the second draft in PWHL history. The first draft was held in 2023 and saw six PWHL general managers select from a pool of 268 draft-eligible players. The PWHL is a professional women's hockey league that was founded in 2023. The league currently consists of seven teams, with three more scheduled to join in 2025.
